The Programs

Because I'm trying to get preggers my 
main focus is not to LOSE weight but to just tone
my sad, saggy muscles. I chose a couple of programs that
specifically focused on my "problem" areas.
I chose:


As I get older, I notice my bum is not as perky
as it used to be... SAD DAY! I had done
this with my mom while I was in Hawaii and saw
great results so I figured why not?!
The second one I chose was:


This program is awesome for fat loss and extreme
cardio. Dang, it killed me! With these 
programs, my plan is to also lift 3x per week.

Last night I had Tyler take before pics. I'm not
huge by any means, but it's hard to see your body worse 
then it's ever been. I still weigh the same 
as I weighed in high school, but when you're not playing
sports year round, it sure puts a toll on the body!
I'm excited to start this process and get to where I want 
to be!! If anyone else are doing these programs
let me know! I'd love to see your results!
