To be honest I have mixed emotions about 
this blog. I'm the type of person who would love
to be fit and healthy but have little 
motivation. However, I think once I see results
I will be more excited!:)

I'm DEFINITELY NOT trying to look like this,


 but trying to gain an all over appreciation for
my body and learning what it takes 
to do that. 

In this blog I will be sharing my workouts, healthy
recipes, and occasional photos to show my
own progress. I hope you can join me on this journey!
